This archive is a collection of intergenerational song stories from Chinese Americans in our community of the San Francisco Bay Area which we acknowledge as the traditional, undeded land of the Ramytush Ohlone.

Each story is told through a song. Each song tells a story. We recognize each song story as an exploration of cultural sustainability inspired by the need to share and listen to practice a better future during these trying times of increased violence against Asian American and Pacific Islander. This project is an intergenerational, interdisciplinary and intercultural collaboration. We hope the resources here will bear fruitful experiences for a variety of people and settings.
